4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

MoveitZ may use service providers that process personal data within or outside the EU/EEA.

If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, MoveitZ will ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

This may, for example, be done through:

• An EU Commission adequacy decision
• Standard Contractual Clauses
• Other approved safeguards
